Job Description

Experience: 8–12+ years
Domain: Contact Center Architecture
Key Requirements:
Strong expertise in Contact Center solutions
Hands-on architecture experience with:
Amazon Connect + Lex and/or
Google CCAI / Dialogflow CX
Experience designing enterprise-scale voice & digital contact centers
Strong knowledge of voicebots, IVR, integrations (CRM/APIs)
Experience with legacy-to-cloud contact center migrations
Ability to define end-to-end architecture, scalability, security, and cost optimization
