Experience: 8–12+ years

Domain: Contact Center Architecture

Key Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in Contact Center solutions
  • Hands-on architecture experience with:
  • Amazon Connect + Lex and/or
  • Google CCAI / Dialogflow CX
  • Experience designing enterprise-scale voice & digital contact centers
  • Strong knowledge of voicebots, IVR, integrations (CRM/APIs)
  • Experience with legacy-to-cloud contact center migrations
  • Ability to define end-to-end architecture, scalability, security, and cost optimization
