The role

+ Do you have deep technical experience with LLMs and AI architectures and want to lead GenAI solution design from presales to delivery?
+ Are you ready to be the strategic technical voice driving scalable, enterprise-grade AI systems and innovation across global customer engagements?
Join our Data & AI Centre of Excellence as a Solution Architect NLP, where you will play a pivotal role as the primary technical interface to our customers. Your responsibilities will span from presales to project delivery, ensuring professional and trusted relationships are maintained with our clientele. Leveraging your expertise and guidance, customers can rely on the fulfilment of their needs and rapid resolution of impediments.
Key Responsibilities
+ Support international sales team in acquiring GenAI and data platform projects.
+ Conduct presales activities, leading technical discussions with customers to identify their needs, and crafting and presenting technical proposals.
+ Conceptualize GenAI solutions and data platform solutions, designing solution architectures to meet customer requirements.
+ Lead large customer engagements on GenAI and platform projects in close alignment with our Head of Delivery.
+ Identify opportunities to develop IP on our internal GenAI document processing platform and drive innovation within the company.
+ Provide constructive feedback to less experienced colleagues and ensure implementation of best practices.
What we need to see from you
+ Practical experience in engineering and software architecture design.
+ Strong understanding of AI and Machine Learning approaches, with experiences in Generative AI concepts, including LLMs, diffusion models, and prompt engineering.
+ Experience designing and deploying solutions leveraging frameworks such as LangChain, Strands, LlamaIndex or Semantic Kernel.
+ Hands-on experience with cloud-native GenAI services (e.g., Azure OpenAI Service, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI).
+ 5+ years of experience in machine learning or a similar role.
+ Understanding of data structures, data modeling, ML algorithms, and software architecture.
+ Experience coding in Python with ML frameworks (e.g., Keras or PyTorch) and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn).
+ Practical experience with ML cloud services on Azure or AWS (e.g., Azure ML, Amazon SageMaker, or MLFlow).
+ Basic understanding of access management, e.g., IAM and RBAC.
+ Optimization experience in areas such as deep learning computational frameworks is a plus.
+ Masters or PhD degree in a relevant field (Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics, etc.).
+ Experience with CI/CD systems (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar).
+ Solid understanding and practical experience with Git, Linux, Containers, and Kubernetes.
+ Fluent in both English and Japanese (reading, writing, and speaking)
