Job Summary
The Solution Architect, D&T, Payroll & Time is a key member of the Digital and Transformation team, contributing hands-on expertise in system design, configuration, and support. This role assists in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of Payroll and Time Management solutions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all related processes and integrations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Participate in and capture outcomes of workshops and interviews with Subject Matter Experts Maintain identified features, user stories, tasks, gaps, and the relationships between them within the transformation portfolio Develop and share reporting that articulates progress and realization of benefits from transformation initiatives Drive execution of activities necessary to achieve our organizational goals Other duties as assigned Additional Responsibilities
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields, or equivalent experience required Work Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in Payroll and Time solutions required Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Demonstrates a strong understanding of the overall HR technology landscape, with specific focus on Payroll and Time systems for global implementations and ongoing support. Prior experience with UKG and/or ADP preferred. Assesses technical and functional requirements, translates them into detailed user stories and tasks, and contributes to realistic effort estimations. Manages assigned work proactively, maintaining accountability for deliverables, timelines, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Strong interpersonal communication skills that can be adapted cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical colleagues Builds trusted relationships with payroll operations, HR business partners, IT teams, and external vendors (including UKG and ADP) to ensure consistent communication, collaborative troubleshooting, and alignment on global payroll and timekeeping objectives. Foundational understanding of Agile project management framework License and Certifications
Travel Requirements
10%: Up to 26 business days per year
Physical Requirements
Sedentary-Exerting up to 10lbs/4kgs of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
