Help AG is looking for a talented and experienced Solution Architect who will have a key role in discovering opportunities and positioning Help AG’s security solutions to customers and prospects and creating technical content for proposals and RFP responses. The Solution Architect will have a critical role in ensuring the success of Proof of Concepts. During and post implementation, the Solution Architect will be tasked with ensuring customer success (from a technology architecture and a solutions point of view), ensuring alignment with the implementation team and detecting cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities.
