About the Role

As a Solution Architect, you'll define and enhance our RDS solutions technology architecture and engineering, taking full responsibility for end-to-end detailed architecture that delivers strategic initiatives for specific products. You'll combine your deep Azure expertise with advanced AI tools to create scalable, secure, and efficient cloud solutions that drive business value.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable, secure cloud architectures tailored for various risk intelligence applications and systems

  • Leverage AI tools including GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, and to enhance development processes

  • Collaborate closely with enterprise architecture, IT, and business teams to deliver customized cloud-based solutions aligned with strategic goals

  • Ensure compliance with industry security standards and implement robust security measures to protect sensitive data

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement

  • Optimize cloud resources for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness

  • Stay current with the latest industry trends and cloud technologies to incorporate cutting-edge solutions

  • Apply deep expertise across a diverse tech stack including C#, Dotnet Core, Python, Angular JS, SQL Server, Docker, Kubernetes, and related technologies

You're not just technically proficient—you're a visionary who can translate complex business needs into elegant cloud solutions while mentoring others and driving innovation.


    We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:

  • Significant hands-on experience with AI development tools including GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, and

  • Deep expertise in Azure-native technologies and services with proven implementation experience

  • Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, Python, AngularJS, SQL Server, Docker, Kubernetes, and related development tools

  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing cloud architectures for complex enterprise applications

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams, mentor peers, and drive technical excellence

    • These are additional nice to haves:

  • Experience with risk intelligence applications or systems

  • Knowledge of industry-specific compliance requirements and security standards

  • Background in financial services or insurance technology

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

  • Certifications in Azure architecture or related cloud technologies

  • Experience with data analytics and visualization tools like PowerBI
