Key Responsibilities

- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Integration Expertise: Design and implement robust integrations between AWS Connect and Dynamics 365, utilizing APIs, webhooks, and other relevant technologies.
