- Have experience with ServiceNow and can prepare solution designs that contribute to process optimization for our customers' strategic goals.
- Have the ability and desire to work with both technology and customers
- Can build a bridge between the business and IT and manages to convey how the technology can solve business needs and problems.
- Able to translate our customers' needs and wishes into concrete actions
- Thrives in advisory situations and loves when there is a bit of speed
- Have experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum.
- Is service minded and happy to help a colleague who has questions or needs input.
- Can speak fluently Norwegian and English
