  • Review and approve squad-level technical designs and solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, performant, and maintainable.

  • Act as a bridge between high-level architectural vision and squad-level implementation details.

  • Analyze current development processes, workflows, and inter-squad dependencies to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
