This is a paid, full-time, fixed-term (2-year) residency modeled after elite professional training programs.
You are paid while learning and contributing.

What You Will Do
As a Solution Architect Resident, your work will include:
• Breaking down complex business or technical problems into structured systems
• Designing solution architectures, workflows, data flows, and decision logic
• Directing AI tools to implement parts of those solutions
• Reviewing and validating AI-generated output for correctness, scalability, and edge cases
• Learning complex concepts quickly using structured learning frameworks
• Participating in architecture discussions, reviews, and planning sessions
• Gradually taking ownership of real, production-level systems
This role emphasizes thinking, judgment, and accountability over repetitive manual execution.

All assessments are paid.
Results are communicated on a pass/fail basis.
Compensation and Benefits
• Monthly stipend: PHP 70,000 – PHP 90,000
• Performance-based increases during the program
• Fully remote (Philippines-based)

• Paid holidays after 6 months
After Year 1:
• HMO coverage
• Second internet allowance
• PHP 1,000 monthly food and entertainment vouchers
