About the Role

As the UiPath Solution Architect, you will be responsible for shaping end‑to‑end automation solutions—from opportunity identification and technical design through to delivery oversight and optimisation.

You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and enterprise technology teams to define scalable architectures and ensure best‑practice implementation across the automation platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead solution design for UiPath automation initiatives across multiple business functions
• Define technical architecture, development standards, reusable components, and integration patterns
• Partner with business SMEs to translate requirements into future‑proof solution designs
• Provide technical leadership to UiPath developers and ensure adherence to best practices
• Oversee solution build, testing, deployment, and operational readiness
• Conduct reviews of automation pipelines, orchestrator configurations, and RPA governance frameworks
• Evaluate processes for automation potential and provide expert guidance on optimization
• Collaborate with IT to ensure alignment with security, data, and enterprise architecture standards
• Drive continuous improvement and introduce emerging UiPath capabilities (AI Center, Document Understanding, Automation Hub, etc

About You

• Strong experience as a UiPath Solution Architect, with a background as a UiPath Developer
• Proven exposure to RPS / Robotic Process Solutions or RPA service delivery environments
• Deep understanding of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Robots, Queues, API integrations, and attended/unattended automation models
• Experience designing scalable, component‑driven automation solutions within enterprise environments
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, automation governance, CI/CD pipelines, and secure design patterns
• Ability to guide development teams and provide technical oversight across full delivery lifecycle
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and business leaders
• UiPath certifications highly regarded (Solution Architect, Advanced Developer, RPA Associate, etc.)
