Solution Architect

The Role:

You will be responsible for :

• Architect Enterprise-Grade Solutions - Lead technical discovery and solution design for large-scale deployments, mapping business objectives to robust technical architectures.
• Define integration strategies leveraging REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, SDKs, event-driven patterns, and secure enterprise data flows.
• Own Technical Success from Day One - Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure onboarding success and time-to-value goals are met.
• Build proof-of-concepts, demos, and reference architectures that inspire confidence and accelerate adoption.
• Be the Bridge Between Business & Engineering - Translate complex customer requirements into actionable specifications for Netomi’s engineering and product teams.
