Solution Consultant

Job Purpose

The SketchUp Solution Consultant drives technical excellence, solution adoption, and business growth for SketchUp across Malaysia and Singapore. Acting as the bridge between SketchUp, Value Added Resellers, solution partners, and end‑users, this role ensures successful integration of SketchUp solutions into customer workflows across architecture, engineering, construction, interior design, and related industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate pre‑sales demonstrations, technical discussions, solution positioning, and workflow presentations for SketchUp and its ecosystem.
• Support post‑sales activities including deployment, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization.
• Conduct in‑depth technical discovery to understand customer workflows, pain points, and business requirements, recommending the right SketchUp solutions and services.
