Cornerstone is searching for a high-potential Solution Consultant (SC) who wants to grow fast, master advanced technology and become a trusted partner for our sales team and customers across Italy. You will join one of the strongest Solution Consulting teams in the market and learn directly from experienced SCs who operate at enterprise level.

We are now hiring a Solution Consultant for Italy who brings energy, curiosity and discipline. You will work closely with our Sales team on some of the largest accounts in the region, supported by an experienced SC organisation that will help you develop your skills quickly.

**In This Role You Will..**

+ Support all sales opportunities across Italy with discovery, tailored demonstrations and value-driven conversations
+ Understand customer needs and translate them into clear, compelling solution narratives
+ Build strong working relationships with our Sales team and act as their trusted technical partner
+ Deliver high-impact demos that connect Cornerstone capabilities to measurable customer outcomes
+ Create engaging demo environments, configure sandbox experiences and adapt flows to showcase the value that matters most to each customer
+ Contribute to RFP responses, solution design sessions and value workshops
+ Align with Solution Specialists, Product and Delivery to ensure seamless handovers
+ Apply MEDDPICC principles to improve deal qualification and influence strategy
+ Share learnings and best practices with the wider SC team

**You've got what it takes if you have...**

+ Presales or customer-facing technical experience in SaaS or enterprise technology
+ Strong curiosity for technology and how it solves business problems
+ Strong communication skills in Italian and English
+ Presentation confidence and the ability to build trust quickly
+ A structured way of working, strong preparation habits and personal reliability
+ High ownership mindset in a remote or hybrid work environment
+ Ambition to learn fast, take feedback and grow into a top-performing SC
+ Spanish knowledge is appreciated as an additional asset, though not required
