Solution Consultant/Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide pre‑sales technical support, including requirement analysis, formulation of pre‑sales solutions, bid preparation, response to inquiries, pre‑sales POC, feasibility assessment, customer presentations, and solution consultations.
• Research requirements, communicate with customers repeatedly, clarify needs, and write Software Requirements Specifications (SRS).
• Develop a reasonable version output plan: communicate with customers, project managers, and internal R&D staff to meet requirements; plan R&D projects to meet time and manpower needs.
• Track the version delivery process: review requirements, import requirements, and track requirements.
• Assist sales with secondary sales tasks: organize meetings with customers and project personnel, identify project risks, propose improvement solutions, and explore customer needs to create secondary sales opportunities.
