Role summary
This is a pivotal role in the Nordic Mid‑Market Cloud ERP setup.
As Solution Consulting Lead, you are the leading consultant managing specific customers and defining other lead consultants (huskonsulenter) are working in the same way. Delivery‑accountable beyond go‑live, owning the customer backlog and ensuring continuous value creation. The strategy is intentionally to deliver ERP projects with a narrow, well‑defined scope, and then grow the relationship through structured backlog execution and managed services.
