About The Role

We’re hiring a Solution Consulting Manager to lead the delivery of Improvado’s Professional Services projects. This is a hands‑on role. Your main focus will be guiding clients through onboarding and implementation of our data product:

  • You will act as a technical consultant for clients, explaining product capabilities, validating marketing use cases, connecting data sources and data schemas, and ensuring everything is structured correctly for reporting, including marketing dashboards.
  • You’ll manage custom implementations end‑to‑end and take ownership of the technical side — especially around data modelling, decomposing work into appropriate tasks and handover to analytics with ongoing technical supervision and proper UAT.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead full‑cycle client implementations and manage multiple projects at once.
  • Work directly with client data, validating SQL models and database structures.
  • Turn messy marketing data into scalable, analytics‑ready datasets.
  • Run client meetings, set expectations, and drive delivery at a high standard.
  • Own project plans, scope, timelines, and communication.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Support to ensure smooth execution.

About You

  • Experience with marketing data or BI tools.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, relational databases, and analytical schema design.
  • 3+ years in client-facing technical roles (Project Lead, Sales Engineer, TAM, etc.).
  • Able to run complex projects independently and keep multiple priorities under control.
  • Comfortable leading conversations with clients at all levels.
  • Strong SQL skills — confident with querying, validating, and troubleshooting data.
  • Technically hands‑on — not just coordination, but willingness to deep‑dive into data work and understand the full picture.
