Solution Designer Agentic AI

As the Solution Designer Agentic AI, you’ll design and deliver (Agentic) AI solutions alongside our AI engineers power KPN’s autonomous networks – creating intelligent agents that observe, decide, and act to optimize performance in real time. Collaborating with business stakeholders, domain experts, and engineering teams, you’ll design and maintain scalable AI pipelines that bring these capabilities into production and shape the future of self-managing networks.

Key daily responsibilities:

• Translate the Solution Architect’s vision into detailed Agentic AI (technical and functional) designs, including multi-agent systems and reinforcement learning to drive autonomous network optimization and intelligent decision-making.
• Develop functional and technical AI algorithms, analytics models, and machine learning systems tailored to operational domains, ensuring alignment with business-critical use cases.
