Solution Developer

Working Days - Monday to Friday

Working Hours - 9am to 6pm

Contract Duration - 6 months (Renewable or able to convert to permanent staff)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a Solution Developer to support the design, development, and optimization of automated business workflows. This role will work closely with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into structured, reliable, and scalable workflow solutions. The ideal candidate must be able to do programming in HTML/XML with web integration knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and enhance automated workflows to support business processes
• Build and integrate workflows using scripting, logic rules, and event triggers
• Design data models and optimise workflows for performance and scalability
• Integrate systems via APIs and third-party platforms
• Troubleshoot, test, and enhance existing workflows
• Support deployments using version control and release pipelines
• Conduct unit testing and support UAT with business users
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into workflow solutions
• Recommend continuous improvements to workflows and processe

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML/XML, and workflow-related programming
• Experience with API integrations and external systems
• Exposure to workflow platforms or low-code/no-code tools (e.g. Power Automate, NetSuite, Nintex, Zapier)
