Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the support, sales, and operations teams in resolving technical issues.
  • Help the tech team solve technical issues by providing relevant details and data.
  • Work with the product team in collecting user insights and testing the product before releases.
  • Train the operations team on the technical aspects of the product.
  • Document and report Root Cause Analysis issues linked to the product.


Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience working in software/tech support/data roles.
  • Fair understanding of SQL and ability to write complex queries to extract required data for analysis.
  • Great communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Candidates should be comfortable with a 6-day working week.


Should Have:

  • Basic understanding of APIs.
