Job Description
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the support, sales, and operations teams in resolving technical issues.
Help the tech team solve technical issues by providing relevant details and data.
Work with the product team in collecting user insights and testing the product before releases.
Train the operations team on the technical aspects of the product.
Document and report Root Cause Analysis issues linked to the product.
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience working in software/tech support/data roles.
Fair understanding of SQL and ability to write complex queries to extract required data for analysis.
Great communication skills (both written and verbal).
Candidates should be comfortable with a 6-day working week.
Should Have:
Basic understanding of APIs.
Proficient in MS Excel and other office tools.
Multilingual (basic Hindi is a must).
Ability to handle difficult conversations with the users.
