Solution Engineer

We are seeking a Solution Engineer who is passionate about technology, enjoys building creative solutions, and thrives in a collaborative presales environment. In this role, you will develop high quality demos, prototypes, and internal tools that help our teams demonstrate the value of CSG’s Customer Experience solutions. You will also support select customer‑facing opportunities, particularly in the LATAM region. This role is ideal for someone who loves to build, experiment, problem‑solve, and bring ideas to life through hands‑on technical work.
