Solution Engineer - Customer Operations

Overview
The Solution Engineer - Customer Operations is responsible for bridging business needs and technical solutions. You’ll design, prototype, and implement business solutions, ensure system security, test and document processes, and train end users. This role requires strong analytical skills, collaboration, and experience with business applications (Salesforce a plus), databases, and programming languages like C#, Apex, or Python.

This is a Remote position with occasional office visits. Candidates must live within commuting distance of our São Paulo office (Vila Olímpia) to attend occasional in-person meetings or events.
