Solution Engineer

Position overview / Statement of Work Solution Engineer: Design and build model-driven and canvas apps based on departmental needs. Develop custom components and connectors as required. Ensure solutions are secure, user-friendly, and mobile-responsive. Automate data workflows between PowerApps and other internal or external systems. Configure approvals, notifications, and business rules within Power Automate flows. Monitor and troubleshoot flows for reliability and efficiency. Create interactive dashboards and reports based on collected and existing data. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop KPIs and performance metrics. Ensure data models are optimized for performance and maintain data integrity. Develop role-based access and publish dashboards securely. Participate in user testing and iterative refinements.
