Job Description

We are seeking a technically proficient and client-focused Sales Engineer / Solution Architect with expertise in ELV (Extra Low Voltage) and CCTV systems. This role will support the sales process with deep technical insight providing innovative and robust physical security solutions to meet complex client requirements.

Key Responsibilities 1. Technical Pre‑Sales Support

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to conduct technical discovery calls and site surveys to assess client needs infrastructure and constraints.

  • Serve as the primary technical contact for clients throughout the pre‑sales process building credibility and trust.

  • Translate complex client requirements into detailed technical specifications and system designs.
