The candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and general support of IT, Networking, video and other security systems, ensuring their efficient and reliable operation. This role requires strong technical knowledge across various IT domains and excellent customer service skills.

The Solution Engineer main objective is to ensure the optimal operation and evolution of all systems related to a jail project in the province. Which includes Datacenter, building, Servers, computers, telephony, software and Video and Access Control solutions, ensuring smooth communication between the customer and the support team.
