Solution Lead

What Youll Be Doing (position summary):

As a Full Stack Developer Lead, you will guide a team of developers in designing, building, and maintaining scalable generative AI applications using Python, Vue.js, and modern cloud and AI technologies. You will set technical direction, ensure best practices, and foster a collaborative, high-performance environment. Your leadership will be critical in delivering robust solutions and driving continuous improvement across the team.

How Youll Succeed (responsibilities):

Technical Leadership:

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and architecture.
• Set and enforce coding standards, code review processes, and documentation practices.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, efficient applications and APIs.

Project Delivery:

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and business requirements are met.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
• Manage task allocation, monitor progress, and remove blockers for the development team.

Quality Assurance:

• Champion test-driven development, including unit and front-end testing (Cypress), and ensure robust test coverage.
• Oversee troubleshooting and debugging efforts, driving resolution of complex technical issues.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

• Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
• Drive adoption of new tools and practices to improve team productivity and product quality.
• Promote a culture of learning and knowledge sharing within the team.

DevOps & Agile Practices:

• Guide the team in implementing modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker).
• Foster Agile methodologies, facilitating sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous delivery.

AI & Cloud Integration:

• Lead the integration of generative AI technologies and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques into applications.
• Oversee deployment and integration with Azure cloud services.
• Guide prompt engineering efforts to optimize AI model outputs.

Experience: 10+ years of experience

Who You Are (skills/qualifications):

Must Have Skills:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer Lead or Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong background in Backend tech: Python and Frontend Tech: Vue.js/ Reactjs / Angular js .
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship abilities in a technical team environment.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Fast API (web framework to build APIs)/ Flask/ Django or API Development .
• Strong proficiency in both front-end and back-end development principles.
• Deep understanding of TDD (Test Driven Development) , unit testing, front-end testing (Cypress), and quality assurance best practices.
• Advanced Git/ CI/CD/ DevOps skills, including branching, merging, and version control strategies.
• Experience with Generative AI / Artificial Intelligence/ LLM/ Vector Database , including generative AI technologies, RAG techniques, and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency with Cloud: Azure/ AWS/ GCP and modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker).
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience working in and leading Agile teams
