Solution Manager (Fintech/Payment)

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Solution Manager to bridge Business Development and Product Engineering for our Card-as-a-Service (CaaS) platform. You will design and deliver partner solutions that leverage our card issuance, wallet, and payment infrastructure—ensuring each integration is commercially viable, technically scalable, and compliant by design .

You will play a key role in enabling banks, fintech, and enterprise partners to launch card and wallet products through our API and SDK ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with BD teams to understand partner business models and technical needs;
• Translate requirements into standardized CaaS integration proposals (API / SDK / white-label / Portal);
• Produce comprehensive Partner Solution Documents covering capabilities, data flows, KYC, settlement, and compliance design;
