Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, minutes of meetings (MOM), and follow-ups
- Handle correspondence, emails, calls, and internal/external communication on behalf of executives
- Act as a liaison between management, staff, clients, and stakeholders

Administrative Management

- Organize and maintain files, documents, and reports (digital & physical)
- Draft letters, emails, reports, and official communication
- Manage office coordination tasks related to leadership requirements

Coordination & Communication

- Coordinate cross-departmental activities and track action points
- Support in organizing events, board meetings, conferences, and business visits
- Follow up on deadlines and deliverables
