Turkey is one of SAP’s most strategic and complex markets, characterized by large enterprise groups, diversified conglomerates, strong regulatory requirements, and hybrid IT landscapes. Organizations are increasingly investing in AI, integration modernization, and application extensibility to improve resilience, efficiency, and innovation while protecting existing core systems.
SAP is accelerating its strategy around AI-enabled, composable enterprise architectures, with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) as the foundation. We are seeking a Senior Solution Sales Executive to drive growth in Turkey with a clear focus on:
- AI Agentic Architectures embedded into end-to-end business processes
- SAP Integration Suite as the backbone for hybrid, multi-system, and partner-centric landscapes
- SAP Build to accelerate low-code / pro-code innovation, automation, and clean-core extensibility
This role is ideal for a senior sales professional who can bridge business transformation and enterprise architecture, engage confidently with executive and IT leadership, and navigate Turkey’s complex enterprise and public-sector environment.
What You Will Do
As a Senior Solution Sales Executive for SAP BTP, you will own and execute a territory strategy that accelerates adoption of AI-driven, integration-centric platform architectures across Turkey.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform-Led Revenue Growth
Identify, qualify, and close strategic opportunities focused on AI agentic use cases, intelligent process automation, integration modernization, and extensibility using SAP BTP. - AI Agentic Architecture Positioning
Lead customer conversations on how AI agents orchestrate processes, data, and decisions across SAP and non-SAP systems to drive operational excellence and business agility. - Integration-First Transformation
Position SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration, API Management, Event Mesh, Open Connectors) as the strategic backbone for Turkey’s hybrid, regulated, and multi-vendor landscapes. - Low-Code / Pro-Code Innovation Enablement
Drive adoption of SAP Build (Apps, Process Automation, Work Zone) to enable faster innovation, citizen development with governance, and clean-core extension of SAP applications. - Executive & IT Leadership Engagement
Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, CIOs, CTOs, Chief Architects, and Digital Transformation leaders, translating technology capabilities into measurable business outcomes. - Account & Territory Strategy
Develop account plans targeting large enterprises, conglomerates, and regulated industries, focusing on long-term platform standardization and value realization. - Complex Sales Cycle Orchestration
Manage multi-stakeholder, architecture-driven sales cycles involving security, compliance, integration complexity, and long-term transformation roadmaps. - Partner & Ecosystem Collaboration
Work closely with local system integrators, global partners, and hyperscalers to deliver joint AI, integration, and platform-centric solutions for Turkish customers.
What You Bring
- Enterprise Platform Sales Experience
10+ years in enterprise software sales, with strong exposure to platform technologies, integration, cloud architectures, or application development. - AI & Integration Understanding
Solid understanding of AI-enabled architectures, APIs, event-driven integration, hybrid cloud models, and low-code/pro-code development approaches. - Architectural Selling Capability
Ability to influence enterprise architecture decisions, position long-term platform strategies, and sell value beyond individual use cases or point solutions. - Turkey Market Expertise
Strong understanding of the Turkish enterprise landscape, including large corporate groups, regulated industries, and public-sector-adjacent organizations. - Executive Presence & Credibility
Proven ability to sell to CXOs and senior IT leadership, managing complex, high-value, multi-year opportunities. - Performance Orientation
Consistent record of quota overachievement in competitive and complex markets. - Languages
Fluency in Turkish and English.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certifications or formal training in cloud platforms, integration technologies, AI, or low-code developmentare highly valued.
- Sales methodology certifications (Challenger, SPIN, Sandler, etc.) are a plus when combined with strong technical and architectural credibility.
