Role Description:
The Solution Sales Officer will be responsible for driving business development, client acquisition, and B2B sales. This includes identifying new opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and building strong relationships with clients in the Compliance, Information Technology, and BFSI sectors. The role involves understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals that contribute to revenue growth. The officer will work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, manage long-term client relationships, and support the expansion of the business in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduation in any discipline
2–4 years of experience in business development, solution sales, or B2B sales, preferably in Compliance, BFSI, or related technology sectors
Exposure to compliance, cybersecurity, governance, or risk management solutions is a plus
