Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and qualify SME leads via outbound calls, referrals, networking events, digital outreach, and partner channels.
  • Build and maintain a healthy, active sales pipeline of qualified ERP opportunities.
  • Identify high-intent, PSG-eligible prospects suitable for ERP implementation.
  • Conduct initial discovery and qualification meetings with business owners and key decision-makers.
  • Understand customer pain points and position solutions at a business outcome level (compliance, productivity, cost control, scalability).
  • Collaborate with the Pre‑Sales Consultant for solution demos and validation.
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, follow‑ups, and manage the sales process through deal closure.
  • Attend networking events, seminars, and industry activities to expand lead sources.
