Job Description
We are hiring Solution Specialists speaking Norwegian, Finnish, or Portuguese to join an international Cloud Solutions environment. This role is designed for professionals with a strong commercial mindset and proven B2B tech sales experience.
Role OverviewAs a Solution Specialist, you will partner with business customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable cloud-based solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, combining sales expertise with technical knowledge to drive long-term customer value.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with B2B clients and identify business requirements
- Recommend and position cloud-based solutions
- Manage and develop long-term customer relationships
- Drive revenue growth through consultative selling
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery
- Strong B2B tech sales experience, preferably in cloud technologies (Azure, etc.)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid model in Spain
- Up to €5,000 gross/year performance bonus (OTE)
