Solution Specialist – MS Security

Solution Specialist – MS Security is responsible for designing, securing, and managing Microsoft 365 messaging environments. The role centers on executing high-impact migrations, maintaining hybrid architectures, and ensuring robust security and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Migrations & Architecture: Lead end-to-end migrations (Exchange/Google Workspace to Exchange Online), design Hybrid Exchange architectures, and manage secure mail flow.

Security & Compliance: Implement Microsoft Purview (DLP, eDiscovery, Retention), Defender for O365 , and EOP .

Identity & Automation: Collaborate on Azure AD (Entra ID) , AAD Connect , MFA , and ADFS . Use PowerShell to automate bulk operations and reporting.

Operations: Perform advanced troubleshooting, monitor environment health, and maintain technical documentation (SOPs/runbooks).

Experience & Qualifications

Experience: 3–5 years in Exchange (Server & Online) administration; proven success in 1,000+ user migrations.

Technical Skills: Deep expertise in DNS, SMTP, TLS , and Load Balancing . Proficiency in Exchange 2013/2016/2019 and PowerShell scripting is mandatory.

Education/Certifications: Preferred certifications include M365 Messaging Administrator Associate or Enterprise Administrator Expert .
