About the Role
We're looking for a Solutions Analyst to support our enterprise AI initiatives. In this role, you'll bridge business stakeholders and technical teams helping leaders understand when AI is the right solution, facilitating delivery of AI projects, and ensuring solutions meet business needs through testing and governance. This is not a technical development role; you won't build AI models, but you will need to speak the language of AI fluently with both executives and engineers.
What You'll Do
Facilitate AI project delivery. Lead daily DevOps standups (Yesterday/Today/Blockers format), manage agile boards, and coordinate testing handoffs between development and business teams.Translate between business and technical teams. Gather business requirements and translate them into clear specifications. Explain AI capabilities and limitations to executives in business terms.Assess AI viability. Evaluate business problems to determine when AI is appropriate versus traditional solutions. Deliver evidence-based analyses covering fit, cost, risk, and feasibility.Support testing and quality assurance. Conduct regression testing and UAT for AI solutions. Document test cases, edge cases, and defects. Validate that solutions meet documented requirements before deployment.Enable business users. Help users optimize their prompts and get better results from Copilot and enterprise LLMs. Deliver training sessions on AI best practices and responsible use.Support AI governance. Prepare risk assessments, assemble compliance artifacts, and document Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for security and architecture review.Drive adoption and change management. Support change management efforts for AI-enabled solutions, helping users transition to new tools and workflows.Measure and communicate value. Help measure and report on business impact and ROI of AI initiatives, tracking adoption metrics and continuous improvement opportunities.Communicate to leadership. Present AI initiative progress and recommendations to executives and C-suite using clear visual and verbal storytelling.Keeping current with AI technologies, particularly in specialty construction and the energy/utilities sectors. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field1–3 years of experience in AI, data analytics, or business analyst rolesDemonstrated experience in implementing AI solutions, with prior involvement in similar projects.Experience facilitating standups or agile ceremonies (leading, not just participating)Hands-on experience with enterprise AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or Azure OpenAIUnderstanding of prompt engineering concepts and ability to coach others on effective promptingTesting experience including UAT, regression testing, and defect documentationProficiency with agile tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar)Strong communication skills with ability to present to senior leadershipExperience writing requirements documentation (BRDs, user stories, or acceptance criteria) Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Agile methodologies (CSM, SAFe)Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification (AZ-900)Experience supporting Microsoft 365 Copilot or Azure OpenAI deploymentsFamiliarity with AI governance frameworks and compliance standardsUnderstanding of agentic AI concepts, multi-agent workflows, and autonomous systemsExposure to RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and vector store conceptsExperience with Copilot Studio or Power AutomateExperience delivering AI training or enablement programs About the Team

Working Conditions
