- USA: 1099 on call
- Mexico: Full-time or by hour (contractor on call)
- LATAM: Contractor by hour on call
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00-17:00 CDT Minneapolis
**Preferred Skills**:
- 3+ years of experience working in the Retail domain, leading enterprise initiatives, and supporting e-commerce or Personalization Digital initiatives.
- Experience collaborating with business teams on Digital initiatives, roadmap planning, scope, and development/release planning.
- Strong product management skills with a deep understanding of the product vision and overall product lifecycle.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
