JOB PURPOSE: Solution Architect responsible for building IT Manage Services Solution

QUALIFICATION: Bachelors of Engg in IT/ related fields

LOCATION: Remote / WFH

EXPERIENCE: 6+ years of experience in the managed Service Domain

Responsibilities (includes All Tasks)

  • Understand customers IT operations and roll out a business case for Manage services outsourcing with relevant analysis on current operations/model and the ROI over outsourcing.
  • Conduct/Participate in customer workshops for demonstrating business cases & managed services model.
  • Respond to RFI/RFP received from Sales
