Senior Trilingual (English, French, Spanish) Digital Recruiter at TELUS Digital AI Data Solutions

Location: Remote (Canada)

Languages: Bilingual – English & French (French preferred) Experience: 7+ years professional experience

We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect with a strong technical background and proven leadership in delivering complex enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in modern application development, cloud technologies, and architectural best practices.

  • Lead solution design and architecture for enterprise-scale projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Guide development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality delivery.
  • Drive innovation in application development, cloud adoption, and integration strategies.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in solution architecture.
  • 5+ years of Java application development (Java, Spring Boot, full-stack).
  • Hands‑on experience with Angular and/or React, plus solid front‑end knowledge (HTML5, CSS3).
  • REST API design and integration (TMF APIs preferred).
  • Strong background in microservices, containerization (Docker; Kubernetes a plus), CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Cloud Build).
  • Familiarity with Micro Frontends (MFE) and modern architectural styles.
  • Preferred experience with Netcracker systems and corporate store/channel environments.

Quality Engineering & Testing

  • Strong understanding of QE/delivery tools and automation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with code quality tools (Sonar Scan, ESLint).
  • Experience with GitHub Codespaces or local development containers.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with cross‑functional teams.
  • Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle.
