Solutions Architect D365 CRM

We are looking for a skilled D365 Solutions Architect, focused on CRM/CE.

• As a Solutions Architect, you will lead customer workshops for process and requirements analysis together with our consultants/project managers.
• Working closely with the consulting team, you will advise the client, design the solution, and document it.
• You develop customized solutions based on project and company requirements and assume overall conceptual responsibility for the customized solution design.
• As part of the solution-finding process, you guide the customer from complex needs to implementation options using standard Microsoft tools.
• If individual developments are needed, you prepare the technical requirements for implementation.
• You independently carry out customizations based on customer requests.
• Together with our innovative customers, you will build future-oriented solutions in the area of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform.
• In your area of focus, you will support our sales team in presales activities.
