What you’ll be doing

This role will drive the design and architecture for workplace productivity GenAI tools—ensuring the enterprise aligns ChatGPT Enterprise to validated use cases while balancing capability, cost, and measurable productivity impact. The Senior Solutions Architect will take ownership of use case review and capability mapping, maintaining a GenAI roadmap and producing solution recommendations for leadership and governance bodies. The role will also help translate governance requirements (acceptable use, risk controls, approval artifacts) into practical architecture and onboarding standards. A key differentiator: this role will actively incorporate the emerging custom GPT governance and scale model (intake/risk tier/change management/auditability) into architecture decisions so that experimentation can mature into controlled enterprise patterns.
