Solutions Architect

Location Requirement: Guadalajara, Hybrid.

What Does success mean in this role?

• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure architecture, design, and implementation.
• Deep knowledge of networking, storage, virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), and server management.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments.
• Proficient in disaster recovery, cybersecurity best practices, and infrastructure security.
• Proven leadership in complex, cross-functional IT projects.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Preferred certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Architect Expert, VCP, CCNP, or equivalent.
