Solutions Architect Lead

As a Lead Solutions Architect at Compass Inc., you will partner closely with the sales and delivery teams to understand customer business objectives and translate them into scalable, secure, and high-impact AWS-based solutions. You will play a strategic role across the customer lifecycle, from pre-sales to delivery oversight, acting as a trusted technical advisor and executive sponsor for key clients.

This role also includes driving technical standards, supporting complex engagements, mentoring the Solutions Architect team, and strengthening Compass Inc.'s technical credibility with AWS and customers. Additionally, you will contribute to thought leadership initiatives and represent the company at industry events.
