Solutions Architect

Overview

The Solutions Architect will be a versatile and motivated technologist who has a broad understanding of business problems and solutions. She/He will work closely with business stakeholders, technology suppliers and technology teams to research, design and implement technology solutions, identify areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently develop these modifications. She/He is also responsible for helping to drive the adaption and implementation of SBC’s enterprise architecture guardrails to their associated BU.

Qualifications

• Typically 5-10 years of experience in solution architecture, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role in the banking or financial services industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree in a related field is highly desirable
