Job Description
As an EAM Solution Consultant/Architect, you will be a critical delivery leader within the Programs, owning the solution design, customer engagement, and value realization for maintenance and operations deployments.
You will lead workshops, craft solution architectures, model financial impact (EBITDA gains), and guide customers through the solution journey—from discovery to implementation and ROI validation. Your work will directly influence how some of the largest industrial enterprises improve execution discipline, reliability, safety, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Discovery & Value Hypothesis
- Lead onsite or virtual discovery sessions with maintenance, operations, and reliability teams in Oil & Gas, Chemicals, and other asset-heavy industries.
- Document “as-is” processes through Day-In-the-Life (DILO) shadowing, time-on-tools analysis, and notification quality audits.
