Solutions Architect (Pre-Sales / System Integration) - ATT Systems

Lead enterprise solutions from concept to delivery.

We are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to design and lead end-to-end

technology solutions, from pre-sales and solution design through to implementation handover.

This is a senior, client-facing role working closely with clients, sales, engineering teams, and

partners to deliver scalable, business-aligned solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture from pre-sales to implementation handover.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs, system architectures, and proposals.
• Support RFP, RFQ, RFI, tenders, technical presentations, and site visits.
• Lead POCs, R&D, and solution validation for enterprise and system integration projects.
• Review vendor, partner, and subcontractor technical proposals.
• Provide technical guidance during project delivery, testing, and implementation.
• Collaborate closely with sales, project, and engineering teams.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, quality, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
• 8–10 years’ experience in Solutions Architecture, System Integration, or Pre-Sales Engineering.
• 3–5 years in a senior, lead, or managerial role.
• Strong experience in enterprise solution design, tendering, and client-facing roles.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP), infrastructure, and security frameworks.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
