Job Tasks
- In coordination with your assigned Account Director, consult with customers to understand their IT service needs, including an understanding of current state and future state
- Gather and evaluate related data, i.e., locations (country, city, state/province), number of devices, device types, headcount, etc.
- Evaluate ticket data to determine number of incidents and request and time on task, uncovering trends that might influence future state
