JOB DESCRIPTION:
Key Responsibilities
Architect PP strategy: MRP (classic/MRP Live), demand-driven planning, scheduling, line balancing, confirmations, and backflush.
Design QM processes: incoming/in‑process/final inspection, sampling plans, MICs, results recording, usage decisions, CAPA, SPC.
Establish PM framework: maintenance plans, task lists, notifications, work orders, breakdown/ preventive/ predictive maintenance.
Integrate PP–QM–PM with EWM/WM (quality stock, sampling), SD (returns), MM (inspection lot for GR, vendor quality), FI/CO (maintenance costs).
Govern master data: materials/BOMs/routings/recipes, inspection plans, work centers, equipment/...
