Job Summary

  • The Solution Architect will engage Globally, with Direct Sales or Channel Sales contacts to ensure customer requirements are well defined including existing equipment inventory through to end user experience requirements for core service functions.
  • The Solution Architect provides pre-sales engineering support with a focus on designing comprehensive managed and/or professional services solutions for the life-cycle management of the customer’s AV & UCC Environment leveraging both AVI-SPL products and services as well as manufacturer’s solutions as needed, to develop a fit-for-purpose customer solution.
  • The Solution Architect will provide direct support to named Strategic Accounts to ensure customer requirements are well defined including existing equipment inventory through to end user experience requirements for core service functions.
