Overview

As Solutions Architect, you will manage presales and consultancy tasks in coordination with the Sales teams, draft system design and BOMs/quotations, and give technical support to complete Sales proposals.

The Consultancy Team proposes technical solutions that accurately address customer needs and are appropriately supported by key customer technical decision-makers.

They should provide market feedback to the Market & Solutions Team with on-the-ground experience as a customer-facing expert.

Job Description

  • Manage Pre-sales tasks in coordination with the Sales teams.
  • Draft system design and BOMs/quotations and give technical support to complete Sales proposals.
  • Maintain up-to-date information in Key Account Plans with the appropriate Sales Account Manager.
  • Create/write responses to RFx requests within the defined processes.
  • Manage hand-over to the PMO and Support teams once systems are sold. <...
