Solutions Architect (Zurich)

Overview

We're looking for a Solutions Architect to serve as a technically strong partner at the intersection of engineering, customer success, and enterprise architecture strategy. You'll collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) throughout the post-sales lifecycle from onboarding through expansion, acting as the trusted technical advisor for our enterprise customers. You'll drive adoption, ensure alignment with best practices, and shape how enterprises build secure AI systems with Lakera. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you'll design AI security architectures, guide customers through complex technical decisions, and ensure they can deploy safe, scalable, and well-governed AI systems.
